Whether it's a new school, a new sibling, or just a hard Tuesday — I help kids (and the parents raising them) move through change with more confidence.
I'm passionate about supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate challenges and work toward healing and growth. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to offer a welcoming, collaborative space where you or your child can feel safe, understood, and empowered.
I was born and raised in this community and feel grateful to now serve the area I call home. I earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and my bachelor's degree in Child & Family Studies from Baylor University. I love working with clients of all ages and have experience supporting kids with ADHD and Autism in building social and behavioral skills.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy walking my puppy, spending time with family, and traveling to the beach or mountains.
